Noticing the increasing levels of anxiety and mental health problems among teenagers in Indonesia,
we discuss how we can help to reduce anxiety problem and make people feel better. I read that
journaling is an effective way to reduce stress levels by expressing thoughts in the form of daily
reflection.
We created a simple application with an easy note-taking interaction to help users dump their minds.
The app is designed with a personalized setting and privacy, keeping the users safe and free to
write down and express their feelings by filling out a mood meter every time they create new
stories.
We also add a point system/gamification to motivate users to keep on journaling and embrace the
emotion.
